1. Agreement

By accessing or using toolwisp.com ("the Site"), operated by Massoud Salim ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

ToolWisp provides free, browser-based utilities such as converters, calculators and generators. All tools run locally in your browser; we do not receive, store or process the content you enter into them. The Site is provided free of charge and is financed through advertising.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site and its tools for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure (including scraping at abusive volumes, denial-of-service attempts, or circumventing security measures);
• use automated systems to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period;
• misrepresent outputs of the tools as certified, audited or professionally verified results;
• copy substantial parts of the Site's design, texts or code and republish them as your own.

4. No warranty

The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results produced by the tools are correct, complete or suitable for any specific purpose. Always verify results before relying on them.

5. No professional advice

Content and tool outputs on this Site — including financial calculators (such as loan, compound interest or salary calculators) and health-related tools (such as the BMI calculator) — are for general information only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice. 6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us for using the Site — which is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where such exclusions are not permitted.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, texts, logos and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components included in the Site remain subject to their respective licenses. Outputs you create with the tools from your own inputs (e.g. converted images, generated text you edit) are yours; we claim no rights in them.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site displays advertising served by third parties (see our Privacy Policy) and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

9. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Isernhagen.
